As Director of Client Service, Jefferson manages the firm’s client facing directives and leads the firm’s quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. He has worked for Hawthorn for over a decade leading research for clients across multiple industries and spent time leading the marketing and data analysis for the North American launch of a water technology startup. He is a graduate of Colorado State University where he studied Economics and Political Science.
