Liam has joined the Hawthorn Team as a Research Associate.
Prior to joining Hawthorn, Liam worked at United Systems, a clean energy marketing company in Maryland, where he developed a direct marketing strategy to promote renewable energy adoption in residential areas. He also analyzed the regulatory landscape in Maryland for opportunities to promote growth in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to United Systems, Liam was a Research Fellow in the K&L Gates Policy Group where he helped create a lobbying toolkit, compiled daily media analysis, and assisted in creating a hydrogen production handbook outlining the regulatory and incentive landscape in all 50 states. He also served in the offices of two members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Liam graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
